Rechargeable Battery Packs
The Y2 bundle comes with two rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs. One pack goes in your camera. The other can be charged and stored at home.
Our battery packs are rated for extreme weather (-40°F to 185°F).
Low Battery Notifications
We’ll notify you when your battery is getting low. When this happens, you can swap in the fully-charged battery pack, and recharge the dead battery pack at home.
Works with or without Solar Power
Without a solar panel, our battery packs will typically last 1-6 months between charges, depending on your activity level and settings. With a solar panel, they can last for years without ever changing them.
Easy-Mount Solar Panel
Y2 comes with a cutting-edge solar panel that charges the battery pack inside your camera.
