Customer Happiness Representative 

Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI - Approximately 50% work from home

Pay: $16-22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications 

Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week. Shifts can be flexible and might vary week-to-week. All shifts will be between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Weekend shifts will be required.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical support for customers who have questions setting up their cameras or need to troubleshoot basic technical issues

  • Provide pre-sales support for customers who call or email with questions about our cameras, app, and data plans
  • Ship cameras and accessories

  • Test cameras and help with research & development

  • Other duties as needed by leadership

 

Requirements

 

  • A team player who is willing to pitch in and help the team succeed

  • Reliable and dependable

  • Friendly and customer-focused

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • The ability to work independently
  • Strong local references  

  • 4-year college degree and 4+ years work experience preferred

  • Past experience in a customer success/support role preferred

  • Must be available to work weekends as needed

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
