Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 + Bonus + Paid Hunting Time Off + Perks

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Director of Customer Success & Operations — a strategic “A-Player” who can bridge the gap between our high-level technical product and our valued customers and dealers. You will be the architect of our internal systems, the manager of our support team and protocols, and the primary point of contact for our most important accounts.

This isn’t a “maintain the status quo” role. We want a relationship-driven builder who will leverage AI, automation, and data to increase efficiency, grow key relationships, and inform high-impact decisions.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

We want you to hit the ground running. In your first 90 days, you will be expected to:

  • Audit our current support stack and identify gaps and opportunities.

  • Pinpoint 2–3 high-impact automation wins and implement them.

  • Establish a baseline dashboard for operational KPIs

  • Build relationships with our key partners, dealers, and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership & Support Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead our growing Technical Support team. Transform our support and onboarding process to ensure world-class service at scale.

  • AI & Operational Automation: Implement AI tools to exponentially increase team throughput and improve the customer experience.

  • Key Account & Dealer Relations: Act as the primary liaison for high-volume and strategic accounts. Ensure they have the inventory, training, and strategic support they need to succeed.

  • Data & Business Intelligence: Build and manage real-time dashboards to track camera health, subscription retention, and operational KPIs.

  • Process Architecture: Evaluate and optimize everything — from inventory flow to shipping logistics and software integrations. You have the authority to fix or automate any bottleneck you find.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Industry Experience: 6+ years in Account Management, Operations, or Customer Success — ideally within the outdoor, hunting, or cellular tech space.

  • Technical Literacy: You don’t need to be a coder, but you must be an “AI-First” thinker. Experience setting up AI agents and leveraging automation tools is a major plus.

  • Entrepreneurial Grit: You thrive in a fast-scaling, small-team environment. You're comfortable wearing multiple hats; No task is too big or too small.

  • Leadership Track Record: Proven experience managing teams and driving high-level projects from concept to completion.

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable diving into Stripe data or Shopify analytics to build custom reporting and identify growth opportunities.
