We let you cancel immediately and we’ll give you a prorated credit for the remaining days in the month. For example, if you pay your monthly bill on Dec 1, and you cancel on Dec 2, we will credit your account for the remaining 29 days in Dec. Flex billing also applies to plan changes; you can easily change plans anytime of month and we’ll prorate your charges accordingly.
