We don't believe in fine print, here's how it works:
1. If a bear destroys your Y2 camera, email support@yellowstone.ai. To verify that it was a bear, we'll need the camera to have taken a picture or video of a bear shortly prior.
2. Send us a picture of the camera. If it's just an antenna or lens cover that needs to be replaced, we'll send that at no cost as part of our lifetime warranty.
3. If there's more damage than that, we'll have you ship us the camera with the original SD card containing pictures/videos.
4. Upon receiving the damaged camera, if we can't easily restore it to it's full working condition, we'll ship a replacement camera at no cost and credit you $100 toward your data plan.
